As you can see above, I've added a player with the music from Stealthman to the blog. There is also a similar player now on the website. Makes listening easier, all in all, I believe. Once the musical is done and recorded, I will have a means available for downloading high-quality mp3s or flacs of the full thing as well...but for now, the player works.
Song order has also been rearranged and a few songs cut. I realized that how I was headed the musical was going to be like 4 hours or more when I was done. So I removed some of the pieces that didn't need to be there and I'll have to rethink some of the songs. I'm shooting for 2.5 hours in the end, give or take.

CD cover and back cover
So I feel confident enough in the song order, etc., that I decided to go ahead and put a CD cover and back cover together. So, consider this, basically, a rough draft (subject to change). But, overall, it's pretty close to what I'm thinking it will be.

Also, there's quite a few updates on the songs and even some new work on the webpage (fonts, layout, etc...) that have occured. Check it out.

New songs, etc...
I'm adding a slight change to the story wherein Danae will be accepted to a highfalutin art school and is going to leave to go across the country. Sam will then chase after her in the clicheic airport chase scene (or something akin to that) and tell her he loves her, etc... Not sure of the details yet because I don't want her to give up the scholarship for him or something...but I'll work it out. The point is to have a means whereby to increase the romatic development of their relationship, etc., and really push the passion level up to enhance the rest of the story.
With that in mind, I've added two songs. The first is the opening of the 2nd act and is currently called "Julliard" which will be the song where she finds out she's accepted to the school, etc... The second is called The Pursuit of Love which is where he will go after her (it's a reprise of the theme All My Life).
Additionaly, I've been messing around with the song Stealthman, trying different orchestrations and tempos. The current, latest version on the site is slower and a bit heavier on the rock feel. Not 100% sure on this.

Overture outlined
So I have the Overture/Introduction musically outlined now.
The idea is that the overture will be similar to a standard musical overture in one way...short snippets of themes from the show...but interspersed will be scenes from Donald's Stealthman comic story that he's presenting. So there will be little bits of recitative in between (and blended into) the overture themes.
I think this will hit the best of both worlds. An overture with orchestral versions of themes from the show is kinda cool...but it can be boring too. By interspersing action throughout it I hope to keep it very interesting.
